Leadership type: The Maintainer

You are the thoughtful, calm and amiable leadership type and are very understanding of the needs of your employees. You are appreciated because you are a master at handling difficult situations, staying on top of things and seeing the big picture.

It seems like you can explain something to your assistant while still making two phone calls without losing your train of thought for even a moment. Admirable. Your long-term memory is phenomenal and you remember all the important numbers, dates, facts from the last few years. You don’t have to look it up first, you have it all stored in your upper parlor. You also have a very pleasant voice that has a calming effect on sometimes heated tempers.

The Maintainer leadership type in company

We all like the endearing nature of the Maintainer. You are a very lovable person. Can you also get angry sometimes? A lot has to happen before even you lose your patience. You like to have people around you, even in your circle of friends. You appreciate togetherness and the exchange with your team. You have staying power and good stamina. You are at your best in the afternoon, that is your nature. You know the saying, the early bird catches the worm, but that is not your truth. Accept your nature. You are a wonderful person.

Physical characteristics of the Maintainer type

You have a good stature, maybe slightly corpulent, but definitely muscular, especially if you are in training. Your big eyes stand out directly and so does your dens, voluminous hair.

Problem areas of the Maintainer type

If you give in to your mind for a long time and eat whatever you crave, you will start feeling more sluggish, your energy will decrease, and lethargy may set in as a result. To prevent that, here are a few health tips.

Health tips for the Maintainer

Manage to exercise regularly, either change the company you work for- or if it is your own, change your office or even introduce something new, you will continue to shine with your strength and stamina.

Napping in the office might not be so good for you. A short brisk walk will have a vitalizing effect on you. Dumbbell workouts, walking, yoga and a standing desk will keep you energized.

You may like deep massages. Try the silk glove massage as it is especially soothing, and then sit in a bio-sauna. You will feel like reborn.

The best diet for the Maintainer type

The golden rule for you when it comes to eating is: consume less than you think your hunger requires. Eat spicy, well-seasoned, dry, and dehydrating foods. Drink no more than one and a half liters per day.

Apple, berries, cherries, mango, peach, pear, raisins. Dried figs and prunes are good, other dried fruits should be avoided if possible.

Spicy and bitter: Beetroot, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, eggplant, garlic, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, parsley, peas, radish, spinach, sprouts, fennel, Brussels sprouts.

Barley, corn, millet, oats, basmati rice (in small quantities).

Eggs (scrambled eggs, not fried eggs), chicken, turkey, rabbit.

All legumes, except for white beans and black lentils. Azuki beans and black beans are good options.

Brown sugar, honey (not older than 6 months).

All spices.

Low-fat milk in small quantities, avoiding high-fat cheese and cottage cheese. Generally, plant-based milk such as soy milk is preferred.

Walnut oil and corn oil, but in small amounts.
